Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition with tags attached

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

Final sale items and accessories are not eligible for return.

To start a return, please post the items back to 706 Mooloo Road, Mooloo QLD 4570  

inside the return, please put a note in with your name email address and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If it is an exchange please write which size you need to exchange for  

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges! If you need a different size, color, or style, please post back to 706 Mooloo road, Mooloo QLD 4570 with your order details and what you’d like in exchange. Once received I will email you to get the return postage fee. We'll guide you through the process to ensure a smooth swap.
