Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Wild Lace purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, and in new condition, free from any smells, stains, or damage.

  • Sale items are non-refundable, but may be eligible for an exchange.

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (less return postage).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange only, not refund.

  • If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, please include that request in your return package.

How to Return an Item

Include the following in your return satchel:

  • Your name, address, and email

  • A note with what you'd like to do: exchange or refund

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the outcome. If approved, we’ll include payment details for the return postage cost.
